Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by PursuitTeam.ai, Inc. ("PursuitTeam.ai", "we", "us"). PursuitTeam.ai, Inc. is a separate company from BD Succeed LLC. This policy covers pursuitteam.ai and www.pursuitteam.ai, the BD Signal™ addresses bdsignal.ai and www.bdsignal.ai, and our backup address bd-signal-pursuit-team.lovable.app. Visitors to bdsignal.ai, www.bdsignal.ai and bd-signal-pursuit-team.lovable.app are currently redirected to pursuitteam.ai, so this policy applies to them in the same way. The BD Succeed website (bdsucceed.com) is operated by BD Succeed LLC and is not covered by this policy.

Information you give us

When you request a briefing or join the waitlist through our contact form, we collect your full name, work email, company, role or title (optional), and any message you write. Briefing requests can also include your primary agency focus (optional).

We use this information to respond to you and to follow up on your request. To do that, we:

  • create or update a contact record and a sales opportunity in our HubSpot CRM, noting waitlist sign-ups;
  • send an alert containing your submission to an internal Slack channel used by our team;
  • send an email notification about your submission to our team;
  • keep a record of these outgoing notification emails in our website database.

Information collected automatically

Demo button counter. When you click a "Book a Demo" button on the BD Signal™ homepage or the BD Signal™ page, our own website records which of those buttons was clicked, on which page, and when. This record does not include your name, email or any cookie identifier. Other scheduling links on the site are not counted this way. This counter is separate from HubSpot's click tracking described below.

Google Analytics. If you allow Analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, scrolling and time on page. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. Advertising features are turned off.

HubSpot tracking. If you allow Analytics cookies, HubSpot's tracking code records page views and clicks and sets cookies so visits can be connected over time. Visits may be associated with a contact record where HubSpot can identify the visitor.

Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests these fonts directly from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.

Your Analytics choices

When you first visit, a cookie banner provided by HubSpot asks for your choice. Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics activity remain disabled until you accept Analytics cookies. If you decline, or if the banner cannot load, they remain disabled.

You can change your choice at any time using the link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw Analytics consent, we switch off Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking and remove their analytics cookies, and they do not record later page views. HubSpot's banner and tracking code may still send a small number of requests to HubSpot at the moment you save your choice, including a record of the choice itself.

Scheduling

Our "Schedule Demo" and "Book a Demo" buttons open Calendly, an external scheduling service. Calendly collects the booking information you enter through its service, under its own terms and privacy policy. Our team also receives the information needed to arrange and manage the meeting.

Service providers

We use these services to operate the site and handle your requests:

  • Lovable — website hosting, database, staff sign-in, and sending notification emails;
  • HubSpot — CRM, cookie banner and website tracking;
  • Slack — internal lead alerts;
  • Google — Google Analytics and Google Fonts;
  • Calendly — external meeting scheduling.

Staff sign-in

A sign-in area of the site is used by our staff only. If you are given an account, we keep your account email address, profile information (name and company), and the authentication information needed to sign you in.

How long we keep information

In our website database, demo-button count records and records of sent notification emails have no automatic expiration and remain until deleted. Staff profiles are removed when their sign-in accounts are deleted.

Information held in HubSpot, Slack, our team's email inboxes, Google Analytics and Calendly is kept according to the settings of those services and their applicable practices.

Your privacy requests

You can email info@pursuitteam.ai to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop follow-up communications. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some requests may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and change the effective date below.
